The Oceânico is the first wine produced by Rocim in the Azores, on the Island of Pico. The Arinto dos Açores grape was vinified to highlight the characteristics of this unique terroir. Vinification of the Oceanico Arinto dos Açores White: Fermentation in wooden cask at a controlled temperature. Aging for six months on fine lees.
