This alcohol-free Amarette was created by selecting ingredients that reflect the taste and essence of an Italian almond liqueur, slightly softened by the absence of the alcohol. The sweet flavour of almond aroma and vanilla notes make Amarette a high-quality non-alcoholic drink. Drinking it raises blood sugar levels only slightly, so it can also be consumed by people with glucose metabolism disorders. Amarette is best served with ice cream. You can also use it to make Amaretto Sour. Then mix the Amarette with ice, fresh lemon, sugar and egg white and shake vigorously.
